Step 1: Copy the widget code

Open the Zendesk's dashboard
Go to Settings > Widget
Then click the Getting Started tab

Step 2: Copy the embed script

Copy the widget code:

Step 3: Add the widget code

Open Unicorn Platform, go to your Website settings > Custom code tab, paste your code in the first field and hit the 'save' button:
