Guide: send form data to email
Unicorn Platform introduces the new "Send to email" form integration.
Add this integration to your form and all submissions with be sent directly to your email inbox.
1) Add a form to your website page.
2) Click "Connect Send to email":
Important: Make sure you read all emails before deleting them. Otherwise, the emails will be automatically marked as spam.
Important: Kindly add the address no-reply@form.unicornplatform.com to your address book. Thus you will make sure the submissions will not go to the spam folder. The Gmail address book is located here: https://contacts.google.com/new?hl=en
The submissions limit is 5 times over a period of 1 minute per IP. If there is more submissions per minute from an IP, it will be blocked for some time.
Please note that we store the submitted data for 5 days for the service debugging purposes.
You can set up an automated forwarding of the incoming emails to your co-worker's inbox. The guide for Gmail: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/10957?hl=en
