# Setting up Hotjar

Hotjar is a behavior analytics and user feedback service that helps you understand the behavior of your website users and get their feedback through tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys.

**Set up time:** 2 mins.
**Difficulty:** easy.

You need to take code snippet from your account and paste it in your website settings. Please, check out Hotjar's original [tutorial](https://help.hotjar.com/hc/en-us/sections/115002608787-Installation-Guides#:~:text=Click%20on%20the%20Tracking%20Code,to%20track%20on%20your%20site.) to find the code.

## 1. Copy code snippet
Hotjar will give you such kind of code snippet:

## 2. Paste the code in Unicorn Platform
Go to your Unicorn Platform account and navigate to the **Settings -> General ->  Global <head> HTML code** paste copied code and hit the save button.
