# How to use Airtable and syncing data with Google Sheets

The simplest way to use Airtable for now is by syncing data with Google Sheets using the Coupler.io service. 

Coupler.io is a Google Sheets add-on that allows for integration and automated data loading from Airtable. It supports automatic syncing and scheduled updates. 

Here’s what you need to do:
- Install Coupler.io as an add-on in Google Sheets.
- Set up Airtable as the data source and specify the table you want to sync.
- Select Google Sheets as the destination and configure the sync schedule.

This way, there’s no need to handle token creation and security concerns, and the platform components are already set up to work with data structured in Google Sheets.
