GoDaddy DNS Setup
This guide will help you to set up DNS at GoDaddy.
Set up time: 5 min.
Difficulty: medium.
Please, follow this manual and create 2 A type records with "@" and "www" hosts.
The value you can find in your Website settings > General tab > Custom domain (you need to activate custom domain first to get DNS values):
You mustn't have any other A-type or CNAME records with "@" and "www" hosts (delete if you have them). After that, it will take some time for your DNS to be updated and your domain will be connected to your website on Unicorn Platform.
You can check your DNS state on https://dnschecker.org:
If the DNS shows the correct value, your domain is ready to get an SSL certificate. In order to get it, you need to click on "Get SSL certificate" in your website settings:
NOTE: DNS records may take up to 24-48 hours to be updated. But usually, it happens within an hour. You can always contact support via chat on the website to get help with your domain.
